General

Usher

Description: Greet audience members at the door, hand out programs, tend to any reserved seats, make sure people get to seats, especially if they have trouble, try to minimize room left between audience members, know what seats are available for late-comers

Stage Crew

Description: Assist actors and stage manager as needed, make sure all props and set pieces are in place and ready before the performance, have a plan set for what needs to be on the set and where at certain times in the production, make sure no props or set pieces get lost or damaged

Requirements: Organizational skills Agility Must be able to move quickly in a dark environment

Load In - Load Out Help

Description: Assist in getting set pieces in loaded into the building and put in place, assist with props and their organization, general help getting the venue ready for the run of the show. Various areas of this work may, but not necessarily, require climbing ladders, using tools, etc., there are many different things to do which require different levels of agility.

Requirements: Ability to carry objects of different sizes Ability to load things into and out of vehicles and building Ability to use hand tools
